Product Description
Fabrique Delices oven-baked Pates and Mousses are made the artisanal way according to authentic French recipes. They do not contain any artificial flavorings, coloring agents or MSG. This silky mousse is made of fresh duck livers marinated in Port wine. It makes an excellent appetizer and pairs well with good mustard, French gherkins, olives and toasted bread. Many of the Fabrique Delices products have been served at the White House, on the Air France Concorde and even to his Holiness John Paul II. Fabrique Delices was also a proud supplier of the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.

This was so yummy. So far Fabrique has had the best pate I have ordered from the internet. It arrived cold, within just a few days of ordering, and it was delicious. I would order from this seller again.

I love this stuff and can't get enough. It has a perfect balance of spices and no preservatives. Despite what the package says, you can freeze it successfully. All of this company's products are fantastic and fairly priced.
