Product Description
These rillettes are made with shredded duck meat, then seasoned and cooked confit-styled. Just spread on a baguette with French gherkins. This Pork-Free "All Natural" product is guaranteed free of antibiotics, hormones, preservatives, artificial ingredients and nitrites. Animals are fed with the purest natural feeds (No animal by-product). Many of the Fabrique Delices products have been served at the White House, on the Air France Concorde and even to his Holiness John Paul II. Fabrique Delices was also a proud supplier of the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.

With all natural ingredients and no preservatives; all I can say is "fantastic". There is no expiration date but I would eat this within a week or two -- faster if it's opened. Absolutely excellent!
You can freeze these with no loss of quality. Don't order if the weather is hot because they ship it in cool bags with cold packs instead of styrofoam with dry ice. My orders usually arrive cool but not cold.
