5.0 out of 5 stars good intro if nothing else November 23, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
Free book, so there's no complaint there. I haven' t read the whole book...I haven't made anything. These are just some thoughts that came to me as I skimmed the first half. After each project, there are some related projects. My kindle keyboard will open the related project's page on the web but not the instructions. It's nice to have some choices presented, however. Some of the pictures are too dark to be clear...some projects have page after page of instructions. Readers will choose to make some, none, or all of the projects. For me the real value of this book is that it introduced me to the Instructables site and the community there. They seem to have an idea which needs to spread to more people. Don't rush to spend money on things. Take some time and make them yourself. Use them awhile. Perfect them. Then pass the idea along to your family, friends and neighbors.

3.0 out of 5 stars making a duct tape bag March 19, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
My son and I decorate things with duct tape. We have a lot of fun doing it. I thought actually creating something with duct tape would be fun too! Turns out I'm not so crafty, but my son has already made two of the bags that are shown in the book. He's very good at it! He thought it was a cool buy. I recommend patience.

Im glad this was free. While some ideas were neat...it really was just a bit pointless. Read from a Kindle it does not show all photos.

Got this book for my daughter--she's the crafty one. This was informative but some of the directions were really, really long.

it is okay for beginners. I was not very impressed, but I am an advanced crafter, so this offered little for me.

4.0 out of 5 stars I found it interesting seeing the things you can make with duct tape.
I might actually try to make some of the things in this book, and have a couple of ideas to improve on a couple of them.

1.0 out of 5 stars Ok
I was expecting this to be like an actual published book. It's just projects people have done and posted them on blogs. There is a lot of incorrect English and grammar. Read more
