So you're an amateur photographer, and need a reasonably price bag that's going to make you 'look good', and take better pictures... eerrhh perhaps not!
The i-nique Dude Bag (can be a Dudette Bag as well!) is the perfect entry level photo bag for all digital cameras.
So who needs a big bag anyway that's going to take up serious luggage space on your holiday? So throw out all the paraphernalia that you don't really need! Keep it small and compact, and get rid of the tag along nonsense that just gets in the way. Clip it onto your belt buckle so it doesn't even get classed as hand luggage when you check in for that long awaited holiday. Happy snappy!

The case is well made, large and sturdy with a fat Velcro patch to keep the flap secure. The flap that flips over the top is slightly smaller than the opening at the top, so there are open gaps on either side.
It's roomy, so probably bigger than necessary for most compact cameras (more than twice the size needed for a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX5V), and the gaps at the top make it not a great option if you want to throw in extra batteries or memory cards, because they could slip out easily. It might be a good option for a small video camera or a larger super-zoom camera. The belt strap is the best I have ever seen. There is Velcro on both sides of the backside strap and a retention strap below to hold that secure. Really good design there. It also comes with a D-shape carabiner that, in my opinion, doesn't seem like a good idea for a camera in a bag and on a belt, but if whatever you have stuffed in the bag is secure, then it might be okay in or on a backpack.
