I rated it 5 stars because I am a fan but from a gamer's view, you'd better rent this one first. For those of you that have played the first game, Dukes Of hazzard Racing For Home, this one isn't as easy to beat but it still only has the one story to work through. The FMV is still pretty bad especially compared to games like Resident Evil or even Tomb Raider. However, if you are a fan of the show, this game is a must. The missions are longer but as you get to different parts of Hazzard, the game freezes to load the next part which gets annoying.

If any of you out there are a big dukes fan you have to get this game! You get new cars like daisy's old car (THE ROAD RUNNER)
plus everybodys favorite "THE GENERAL LEE" (driven by Bo and Luke Duke)
GET THIS GAME YOU WILL LOVE IT!!

A mediocre game that you will beat within hours of its arrival. But well worth the purchase for the cut scenes that mimic a Dukes of Hazzard plot. For those of us who watched the original show as kids, this is the next best thing to reruns (stupid TNN stopped airing it!).

i have only rented the game but i can still tell you how good it is... actually the graphics are surprisingly good i was in aw. nut anywaythe game has a ton of good options of games to choose from(1 and 2 players)! so i am a fan of the dukes so maybe thats why i like the game so much but it is worth buying!

This game feels like it was created by eight-year olds who joined the official Dukes Of Hazzard fan club and were selected as winners in a contest. The first game wasn't any good but at least it wasn't terrible. The cars go from understeering to oversteering in a blink of an eye and if cars from Driver can go from one end of a city to another without loading, I think we can go from road to road without loading. Whatever...

This is one of my favorite games for ps1! I must admit that when I first played it..I hated it! But, after I played more and more.. I realized it was much better because of the controls. *i.e. driving is MUCH simpler if you use the hand brake, jumping is more fun and easier to accomplish while using the horn thanks to simply pressing the up arrow, ALL of the voices are portrayed; that is the actors who are still with us, and the graphics are much better! I LOVE THIS GAME and I'd gladly buy any more sequels as long as they are produced in the same manner as this one. Thank you kindly for your time and patience~

I liked the first one. This time around the game is terrible. Controlling the car is difficultand the came always stops to reload in the middle of a mission. If you find this game on the street dont pick it up keep walking.

There is no dought in my mind that South Peak rushed to get this game out before this Christmas. Play it, you will see. The graphics are somewhat better then Racing for Home, but the controls of the cars are worse. The sound is bad, you need to put your tv up all all the way to hear anything & perhaps the most upsetting is, they damn game loads RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF PLAYING. What is that about? In my own opinion, Racing for Home is much better.

The Dukes is Back and you get to drive other vehicles and race through Hazzard County and race the good ol General Lee and do some cool jumps and blow bridges up and the bad bads and girls are back in the 2nd one and this time Hazzard is map out and the law is after you like aways and the bad guys and girl try's to frime Daisy and the Mean Green Michine returns and this time you get to drive the General in the night and tear up the roads of Hazzard and get to go into town and like in Driver there is Joy Ride at the begining of the game.

I just received this game and it.... It is impossible to steer and the graphics are really bad. Listed it on eBay not even hours within opening it up.
