The book arrived on time and in good shape. There were handwritten notes and recipes in the front of the book and the rear of the book...I thought I had purchased a new copy but I have no problem with personalization. The book has long sought recipes which I remember my grandmother preparing and I am thrilled to have such a well written book.

I leaved for a number of years at Tangiers Morocco, and is a refreshment to my past experience. Just beautifull, mi two kids ( born in Tangiers)
have one each too.

This is a wonderful collection of sephardic dessert and pastry recipes. It is also a cultural glimpse into the language of sephardic spain. You can almost hear the recipes being whispered in your ear. I tried 20 of the recipes, and they work too.
