They seem to be well constructed which is a surprise, given the very low Amazon price. The only piece I do wish had been included (at additional cost even) was a wire grill cleaning brush. The utensils are long enough so you needn't worry about being burnt and they are oversize so will handle larger cuts of meat with ease. They have insulated grips over wood handles and best of all, they are MADE in the USA!
