Duncan has been in the game for a long time, so they know yo-yos. Not only is this a great yo-yo to learn on, its great for people like me, who, have been yo-yoing for 5+ years. Its cheep, it spins like a mo-fo and you can make it custom to your style

This is a great yoyo. Its versatile, you can do the freehand style or the standard tie it to your finger style. I actually got mine from doodadsweb.com. If you are looking for a durable, long life yoyo that will grow with ya, you can't go wrong with this one.

This is probably one of the best yoyo's ever made, ESPECIALLY considering that it's under 20 bucks! It's a good sleeper, perfect for string tricks, and can be customized to your needs and play style. Mine came with two different sets of spacers, and I prefer to use the thickest set for a wider string gap and less response. One thing: once the duncan friction stickers that come stock with it wear out (which will be only an hour or two of play time), replace them with some dif pads or something else...anything else. The duncan stickers just wear out way, way too fast, and they will cost you a lot of money if you keep using them. But the stickers are easily replaceable and don't detract from this awesome yo. Overall a wonderful yoyo, incredible for the price, and a staple of any yoer's collection. If you want to learn string tricks and/or freehand, this is where you start. Highly recommended.
