If you have been DMing for a long time, since 1st edition like me, then this makes the DMG pointless. Currently it is the only DM's Guide printed by TSR that I use. It puts everything you need right on hand. Basically if you go through the DMG and cut out all the important tables and paste them on a piece of cardboard you have got this screen. It is as needed to me as a DM as my dice...need i say more?

90% of what you'll use in an average game, right where you can put your hands on it without digging through piles of books.

With these you get quick and easy access to just about anything in the Dungeons and Dragons game. If you are a DM and you hate looking through the DMG for everything pick this up it might save you a lot of time and help keep cohesive role-playing going.

This is great! Five-sided, every table you can think of and fairly well organized.

These screens are great...they save you (the DM) time,you dont have to look all the tables you need up in the book.Very helpful , I use them every time I play.

As a screen should be this gives the basic charts necessary to keep an adventure going. And as with the rest of 3rd edition, the artwork is nice and the overall presentation of this package handled professionally.

Simply get it if you are going to run an adventure.

Usable for every Dungeon Maste

First a Master Screen should be integrated i.e. in the DMG, because evrey DM needs it! Second the Master Screen provided by TSR is very poor!! Yes, some nice tables, but there are missing very important tables i.e. the XP or the Ability Scores etc etc

This is a very help set of screens,although I no longer play. Mine are for the first edition.

I am still new to the game and I got this because I figured It would be pretty straight forward DM scree when I found out that it was doubled sided but i was further confused by a couple of the graphs i could ent figure out a single game situateion that I would need most of them in. however I do recommend it for serious players
