Oh boy, more Dungeon!,

This review is from: Dungeon: Parade - Vol. 2: Day of the Toads (Paperback)
Dungeon is just fantastic and Day of the Toads is more of the same. Can't complain about that! Although a good chunk of the adventures in these books take place well outside the titular Dungeon, I find the best way to describe the comic is Dungeon Keeper--the comic, because it is frequently about dungeon maintenance, and it's a big job! In this volume we learn about the emergency lighting system (and why it should not be sold to a band of amphibious monster ninjas), where the children of the various inhabitants of the dungeon send their offspring for day care, and perhaps most importantly: what's clogging up the dungeon's septic system.
These comics just exude a wonderfulness, and every time I get a new one I always mean to save it but end up reading it (quickly) as soon as I get it, and then pass it on to my friends. The only downside is that it is over so quickly, but I enjoy reading these stories over and over.. They're just so much fun!

The most enticing dungeon,

Gods fall, ideals crumble, suns fade. However, there is one thing one can always rely upon: Dungeon's unwavering excellence. This is, beyond doubt, the most profound and thought-provoking collection of unabashed silliness I've ever experienced. Highly recommended.
