First, you may want to check out the mesh on the sides as, if you are looking for a 'water proof' shoe for Chicago or Boston rain, then this isn't your best choice. Yes, the mesh will let water through as well as air. That being said, these are one of the best pairs of shoes I've ever owned. They fit quite well, accomodate my orthodics, and the mesh gives the toes of my wide feet some leeway. Since I removed the inner lining, I used an after-market cushion under my orthodics as I was walking around Europe for 6-10 hours a day. They are very durable as well.

I have many foot problems and find it difficult to get a shoe that is both wide enough and comfortable. This shoe really delivered. I ordered a 4E and it was very true to size. It has fantastic room. The material is very soft and those front panels do give a little if needed.

The shoe is very well made. The quality and craftmansship is excellent. Overall it's a very good looking shoe. The bottom of the shoe is sturdy and good to walk on.

I will definitely look to other Dunham shoes for future needs.

I have a narrow foot, so just the fact that it come in different widths is important. I spend the summers on a sailboat. It is very comfortable and has good traction on a wet deck. The heal wears out a little sooner than I would like. That may be a required tradeoff for sole that is soft enough for traction on a wet deck. They last about one season. I will buy another pair next year.

I can't remember shoes so comfortable. They feel like fine gloves on my feet. After a year they refuse to wear out. My only problem is deciding not to wear them on dress occassions. While my boating days are over (81years old) these would have to be the greatest on wet decks.COMFORT,COMFORT,COMFORT!

They fit, Feel great, came sooner than expected, and they look great. A super experience and a great pair of shoes

This is my second pair of Dunhams Mens 410 boat shoe . A light and very comfortable pair of shoes. I wore the first pair out.

This shoe was for my husband. He has a very wide foot. He loved the shoes and they came very quickly.

Absolutely great shoes, extremely comfortable and well worth the money. I wear them without socks and they feel like I am walking barefoot.

I did quite a bit of online research to find a pair of comfortable, stylish, and waterproof boat shoes. I am so happy I found these. I walked long distance on these and they provide excellent support. I haven't tried the waterproof feature yet. Note that there are mesh sidings on these shoes, so they will not keep your feet dry when water comes. But at least water will not cause damage to the shoes if the waterproof feature holds true.

Friend had recommended and this is one great boat shoe. Similar to the Sperry Bluebill but lighter, darker in color, and more comfortable. 10 out of 10!!!
