From humble beginnings nearly 80 years ago to its present status as a multimillion-dollar corporation, this homegrown company is again ranked in the top 10 of the 20th anniversary edition of the Mississippi Business Journal's The Mississippi 100.
Founded by Jack Dunlap, the company's origins can be traced back to 1929, when he first opened a local Chevrolet dealership and then a store that sold International Harvester tractors in Batesville. Jack's son, Robert, joined the family business after a stint in the Navy.
