Great DOT approved Knobby,
This review is from: Dunlop D606 Dual Purpose Tire - Rear - 120/90-18 32SF36
I'm on my second set of the D606's. I have one on my XR650l, as well as my XR400. Both bikes see a lot of pavement between the trails, and I find that these knobbies are both great on the street and in the woods. Longevity is excellent--around 5000 miles before I swapped them out. I don't really see a reason to try anything else out. I get traction up hills in the woods when others don't, and they seem to hold up on the miles of pavement I travel. No issues here.

Not a fan for these tires in the dirt.,

I ride a xr650l usually on trails. I would say 80% of my riding is off highway. In the softer siltier dirt or sand these tires are all over the place. I have to slow waaaaaaay down to keep from the bike sliding out from under me. On hard packed stuff and rocks they seem to be fine though. I am a bit disapointed.
