5.0 out of 5 stars In case you'd like to know how many, November 2, 2010

This review is from: Dunlop Nylon Standard Picks, Grey .88mm (Electronics)
I've been a Dunlop Nylon pick guy since the late 70's. What can I say? They're great picks. However what I didn't like about my order was that no where in the discription does Amazon tell you how many you get with your order.

J.S.Y.K. YOU GET 12, one dozen, its a 12 pack for $5.14. (which works out to apx $.43 a pick. There see amazon.com; that wasn't so difficult. Your welcome.

4.0 out of 5 stars Irish tenor banjo, January 24, 2010

I find I have settled on these picks for playing Irish tunes on tenor banjo, and since they're extremely easy to lose, this is a good way to get them - by the dozen.

5.0 out of 5 stars The perfect pick IMO., July 16, 2011

I have been using these picks almost as long as I've been playing guitar (some twenty one years).I do like the .73's for strumming, but the .88's are the perfect pick in my opinion. They have just enough give to play some fast strumming chords, and just enough stiffness to play lead, get good pick squalls, etc....As with all Nylon picks, you'll get a good thirty or forty hours of playtime before the tips start to dull or wear down. Of course, you arent going to only own one pick even if you have your favorite, so usually, it's losing picks that makes you go out and buy more. these ones do have a tendency to hide in carpets and sofas, lol. One other advantage beyond the one's i already mentioned is that they wont ever chip or break. They will last as long as you dont lose them, let your dog chew on them, etc...Oh, and they have a nice grip on them as well, so you wont drop them as easily.

5.0 out of 5 stars Quality Pick, but a pretty good price., March 15, 2010

These nylon picks last a long time, and sound great. The .88mm provides strength and durability exactly what I look for while playing guitar. Sounds great with acoustic guitars with medium gauge strings, and on electric guitars with medium gage strings. But it's all about personal preference with what brand, gauge and style of pick you use. Do you homework.

My brother recommends these for his beginning mandolin students, and after picking up
a lovely Paris Swing model, I got a dozen of these to start strumming with. No-frills, nice soft sound (less "plinky" for recording sessions), and affordable.
