Bad customer service by D.W. Quail Golf,

The golf mat came as defect. One of the four sides came loose making mess in my livingroom everytime I hit use it. When I contacted D.W. Quail Golf, they kept wanting picture after picture for proof. First, they were trying to blame me for not using properly. They said I shouldn't hit so hard...I am a good golfer and I am using it properly. Afterall, it is supposed to be "commercial grade" training mat. Anyway, after two months of such hassle, they stopped responding to my e-mail asking for solution to fix that loose side. When I kept asking for reply, they just said in "case closed". Very annoying customer service manner!
