It is a great mat for golf practice
I have been using this mat for golf practice with real golf balls. This mat has not been worn out and it is still new one. I would like to recommend other golfers to use this mat and they will find the way to improve score with it

Don't waste you money
I ordered this mat and used it a couple of times and the mat tore by the tee. I was using my driver with their rubber tees. While the Seller talks about their 8 year UV warranty, read closer as they do not stand behind their products. Mishits are NOT warrantied so I guess this mat is for perfect golfers only. It took the seller over 2 weeks to respond to my concerns...

I purchase this item for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. He set it up in the garage and purchase a net so that he can practice all winter long.
