THis series of books is just great,
By A Customer
This review is from: Kids During the Great Depression (Kids Throughout History) (Hardcover)
I just had the pleasure of meeting this author at a the Michigan Reading Associations Annual Conference and these books, the entire series are just great. They have beautiful pictures and are a very easy read (@800 words). They are also broken up into short "chapters" so even children who have a difficult time reading feel as if they have accomplished something.
