The plastic component which coupled the new shower head to the existing pipe was poorly constructed. After about a week of use, a leak sprung from the new coupler. When I tried to tighten it, the plastic snapped, rendering my new shower head useless. $20 bucks, literally down the drain!!

The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is so poor that I was disgusted as soon as I got this shower head out of the package. The hose is sheathed with a candy striped black and shiny chrome sticker. The fittings are plastic and cannot be tightened properly. I sent it back rather than use it for the few weeks that it likely would have lasted. Then I got off my lazy butt and went down to Wally World and got a MUCH better one for about $25.
