This cart comes without any protective packaging (it's sent in a cardboard box that fits the folded cart exactly- no padding, no protective layer, not even any sturdy cardboard corners to keep the flimsy box from collapsing), so of course it is bent when it arrives and you can't use it. If it had arrived in good condition, it probably would have been a decent cart, but I wouldn't take my chances on that (am ordering a replacement from a different company).

Looks great, wonderful size, perfect if it only stayed together... worked for a few days before the front wheels fell off and a few weeks before the rear wheels fell off.

Never recieved the package from this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have tried to contact the company that made the folding cart that I purchased. I desperately need the wheels that were supposed to come with the cart. I received only one wheel and no instructions as how to put it together.
I gave up and have had the cart in my car in hopes that I will be able to go to a hardware store and get the items and instructions I need.
Please send me a phone number or address so I can get the cart on the road.

I've had the same experience - this one falls apart after a short period of moderate use. I returned mine (assembled) to my local Target store. It took about 5 minutes and was easy.

This cart is too small. The Target stores didn't have them anymore. Not that easy to put together. And can see why the wheels don't stay on with what they are put together with. Another retailer had the same one for less. By the time I paid tax, shipping and handling this cart was more. I don't have a car so the only reason I ordered it online. I really like Target but this was a great disappointment. I put the cart back in the box. It would do if I only needed a small cart. This won't hold much of anything. If I can't get a way to take it to the store will be out the money. I read how to put it together but makes no sense to me. Target you need to do better than this. The ones you sold in your stores were big. But they fell apart too.

I bought this cart and I'm sorry I wasted my money. The instructions are not clear as to how to lock the wheels in place, and as a result the whole cart fell apart when I had my groceries in it. When I finally got it together correctly, it did not prove to be sturdy. It is wobbily and does not roll right. I don't suggest buying it.

This came with an opened box. Wrong size...and would be very difficult and more money to return. DO NOT BUY from company!!!

I made a liner with pockets and use this cart for all my housecleaning stuff. I just wheel it from room to room and now I just buy one of everything. Saves space under the sinks. It's just so handy! The cotter pins on the front wheels slip out if you push them in all the way, then the wheels fall off, but it's easy to repair. Once the back wheels are on, they should never be a problem. The front wheels, when installing, it's axel, washer, wheel,washer. The back wheels are installed, axel, washer, spring, washer, wheel, washer,cap, pin. Once you push the pin through the holes on the cap and axel,Don't forget to open the pin and use a screwdriver to push it flat side to side. This cart is also great for walking to the Farmers Market or grocery store.

I received the cart in a timely manner, but when I went to assemble it, one part was missing. Part D, the front axle, was not included. I've been searching for a customer service email or some way to contact you regarding the replacement part, but can't find anything on the website. Please let me know how to get it replaced. Thank you.
