Received item promptly and in good order. Assembly was quick and easy - 15 minutes. Easily changed from left to right hand access.
Impressed with the quality of design and material (heavy guage tubing).

I bought this bench for My elderly Mom, who is physically challenged, and unable to step into a tub. The bench is very stable, does not flip over, She sits and with help, slides in, and then takes Her own shower, while in the tub. Cut out helps , clean difficult areas,with hand held shower,, Shower curtain was difficult to adjust, but I made, longitudnal slits in it, so it falls in and thus no water comes out. I would ask anyone to give it a try. It is also reasonably priced.Amazon told Me as I bought it from them , it could be returned, if it does not workout. I am not returning it. It works as I expected.

Makes getting elderly into bath easier. Bought both the swivel and non-swivel bath bench and prefer swivel more just because it swivels and the person using it doesn't have to twist & lift legs over tub just to get onto bath bench (something to consider if the person doesn't move well or isn't flexible). Well made product.

This works wonderfully.
It slides easily and the handle is very helpful.
Easy to store and move.
We do not use the strap/seat belt.
Only addition is that we need to put a waterproof pillow behind Mom's back as the seatback is hard plastic and rough/uncomfortable on an elderly's thin skin.

This item works eactly as it is designed to do. It is adaptable for use in virtually any bathtub in almost any bathroom onfiguration. Easily assembled and disassembled. I bought it for travel situations in unfamiliar hotel rooms with tubs instead of roll-in shower and bring it along for that purpose; it can be used in showers also. Just lock the seat, transfer onto the non-slip seat and slide into the shower area. This is the only product I found with a cut-out seat (center can be popped out for access to perineal area). Can be configured for right or left approach to face either direction.

I can't say enough about this chair. Before we only had a seat for my sister to use, and it was very hard for her to step into the shower without almost falling each time. Now, she simply sits in the chair and we push her into the shower. It has been a blessing for us.

My wife is disabled and has a hard time getting in and out of the tub. She absolutely loves this chair, it makes her life so much easier, thank you.

This chair is probably the best investment in gaining my autonomy back after recent knee surgery. I was thinking I would have to remove the tub and do costly bathroom re-modeling, but this chair did the trick. I like the locks for safety, and I'm glad the give you the option of having the insert available to fill in the cut out part of the seat. I don't use the straps, I might have when I was weaker. This tub chair is light enough to manuever from my wheelchair.

Item just as pictured and described. Shower bench was easily assembled without tools and took less than 10 minutes. Delivery was faster than expected. Would recommend this product and seller.

Very easy to assemble, used only once so far so good. The slider mechanism works good enough. Overall, this is not as well built as I may like, but it will be fine for what it is. You'll have to take the leg caps off to drain after each use. If you are on the larger size, probably need something built with better quality/sturdier materials. Otherwise, a good item. Fast shipping and not overpriced shipping. If you do not require the slider mechanism, go for a less expensive type.
