Believe me, I am not what you call a "fan" of many products. Generally I seem to find fault with all products I use and love and some I use and hate! But I really had to comment on this amazing, incredible pillow. I am 57 years old and since getting this pillow I have never slept better in my adult life. I don't think I ever remember not struggling with my pillow, night after night, finding a pillow that works for me, I have a closet full of barely used pillows that I tried and hated.

I went to Br**kstone to get their cut-out pillow and with shipping and taxes, it's almost a hundred bucks and you can't give it back if you don't like it. Not for my taste. I need to know I can return an item that expensive if I don't like it. So my search continued.

I am a side sleeper, I sleep on my left side. I have had neck and back cramps continuously for the last decade. I toss and turn, get up 5 times and back for more, every night. Since The Duro-Med came into my life I have slept all through the night and wake up PAIN FREE every day. It's like a miracle to me, I really don't know what else to say.

The two sides are different, one "leg" is thicker than the other, great idea, because I do like one better than the other, smart to give us a choice.

OK, I thought of something... The pillow case is crap. There. It really is. I am used to a 600 count sheet and baby soft cotton. The pillow case that comes with this is like sandpaper. Throw it away. Instead get a king size pillow case and use that. It's a not a perfect fit but who cares!

Thank you Duro-Med but I don't trust you so I am going to buy 5 of these because I don't want this disappearing on me.

I was looking for a pillow that would help support my neck as I lay on my side through the night. After reading the previous reviews, I thought I'd give the Hugg a try. The pillow worked like a charm! I love it even as a support as I lay in bed to read...and the price! I thought it would be just an old cheapie and not give much support but I was proven to be wrong. This is a great pillow. Perfect full size not some tiny little thing. You won't be dissapointed! Easy to change the case and wash too.

I didn't expect this pillow to be so big & initially was a little disappointed but, since i ordered it i obviously had to give it a shot. I've been using for a week and am really loving it. I have neck/shoulder issues so when lying on my back I tuck the center under my neck, it supports my cervical spine & forces my shoulders to relax which is really hard for me and when I turn on my side there's comfort for me too without having to readjust! I like it!!!!

This pillow helps me with my TMJ and neck injury.I have used it for over 2 years and just purchased another one. I had purchased many pillows before I came across this one.

I bought this pillow when I had shoulder surgery. It was probably the best investment I ever made! Having to change the way I normally sleep, this pillow made it bearable for me to rest. I bought a second one to keep as a spare when the first wears out.

I had high hopes for this pillow based on the reviews. I wanted to like it.

To my disappointment, the item does not match the description in "Product Features".

The pillow is made of low-quality fill that does not hold its shape and completely collapses around and surrounds your face when you sleep on your side; Because it's filled with polyester fiber, it heats up pretty quickly which makes it even more uncomfortable.

The pillowcase could not be made of worse quality material. If you don't mind putting your face to super fine grade sandpaper every night, then you may not mind the pillowcase.

The quality of fabric was mentioned in one review but 1. it didn't convey how bad it really was 2. I figured I can make my own pillow case if this pillow is so great.

The pillow itself, though, is a total dud. It didn't even feel good between the knees. I suppose I can comfortably say I'm not a fan of Duro-Med products.

The Amazon Customer Service rep was very kind and this pillow is going back.

I have slept on this pillow for 3 nights, and have woken up without pain in my neck caused by a pillow. What a great idea to have a crescent shape in order to align the neck and shoulders. As another reviewer said, you can lay on your back and put the tails over your shoulders, helping the shoulders to relax. I do like the firmness (go figure, reviews really conflict here between this pillow being too soft or too firm) but if your ear gets folded over it will ache. Two reasons why one star has been deducted. 1. The pillowcase is too coarse. Instead, last night I placed a king satin pillowcase over it, and while it doesn't fit exactly, it serves the purpose and the pillow still works. 2. Which none of the other reviews mentioned, the pressure and firmness of the pillow on your face creates an eye wrinkle for me, which goes away in a couple hours. I thought the satin pillowcase would prevent the wrinkling...but not so lucky. I am enjoying this pillow in spite of these two things. I'd say go ahead and buy it!

I often awake with pain in my neck and shoulder. A friend suggested that I was sleeping with the wrong pillow. Although skeptical, I decided it was worth a try to purchase a pillow designed to help. I went to a chiropractor's office near where I live. They had a selection of pillows, and this one appealed to me. WOW! I have slept with it for four nights, and the difference is amazing! I wake up with no pain, and I sleep better! I call it my "miracle pillow." I am ordering two more (one for my husband, one for our 2nd home). I paid $34 at the chiropractor's, so the price is much better on Amazon as well.... The only complaint is that the fabric covering is a little scratchy. But I can live with it for the pain cure!

I have used this pillow now for about 1 month, and absolutely love it!!! I am a side-sleeper, and the design is perfect for head and back support. Wish I could buy extra pillow cases though!

Got this pillow because I have chronic neck pain after 2 neck surgeries. Read reviews - so I thought I would try this. I have spent a lot of money searching for the right pillow. Very disappointed. This pillow was almost flat and offered no support - it does not cradle your neck nor support your shoulders as advertised. I was hoping this was the one. I am once again back to searching for the right pillow.
