Having battled radiation damage that has resulted in incontinence, I tried everything...pads, condom caths, catheters, etc...all with terrible side effects and extreme discomfort. I was at my wits end until I discovered this product. The McGuire Urinal has allowed me freedom to live a more normal life. I highly recommend it and wish my urologist had known about it to recommend it to me. Now I'm telling him about this great option.

It enabled me to get back to work just a little over a month after prostatectomy. Initially, it was not easy to put sheath on, but I finally figured out to roll the end like a condom making it fairly easy to "roll" it on. The tube to the bag was a little short for the valve in the end of the bag to be down at the ankle to give easy access to release urine wearing paints. I purchased a similar tube from Home Depot, and that fixed the problem. It works great!!!

works OK on a limited basis; sheath itself is difficult to put on, and adjustable portion tears easily. Bag is MUCH too small; however, larger bags can be purchased at local medical supply. Overall, it is what it is, could be better.

The directions are not all clear as to
attaching the unit - I expected to see
a diagram showing where ea part fits and
how to assemble. This printed direction
does not provide detailed instructions.
I'm disappointed and frustrated and
If I can't get a detailed diagram this
product will be returned.

I ordered one of these for my mentally handicapped brother .. to my disappointment the urinal is too large which causes the latex to bend and not allow the urine to flow through to the bag.
The manufacturer needs to supply something to reinforce the urinal for those that are smaller in size and can't fill urnial to keep it from folding/bending.
Also the bag is quite small .

Great Idea if it would worked. Try putting the condom on a 74 year old man who can not help you. Impossible. We tried it twice and had a total mess each time. The condom did not hold and everything went everywhere.
Have not given up and would appreciate any suggestions.

One size fits all if you are part horse. Product leaked while I was driving because the drain tube got pinched blocking the flow to the drain bag. Good concept but poor performance.

THIS DOESN'T WORK VERYWELL AT ALL. IT DOESN'T STAY CONNECTED TO YOU. VERY DISAPPOINTED WOULD NOT RECAMEND THIS TO ANYONE. THEY SHOULD TAKE IT OFF THE MARKET
