Okay, I have a 2006 Saleen S281 Supercharged Mustang that previously had the best tires Pirelli makes on it. Those are $550 a piece. (275/40ZR20 in the rear, 35's in the front). I got in a bind and had to get new rear tires real quick, locally, and there were only two options, a $350 tire, or these Durun F1's for $140. After looking at the Duruns and a review or two, and liking the middle strip there for grip with a nice anti-hydroplane pattern (good for my 435hp rwd car & similar to Goodyear's Eagle F1 design), I went with them. They took about 300 miles for the rubber to stabilize and have solid grip at low speed. They have more traction and are much harder to spin than the Pirelli P-Zeros. They're awesome in rain for hydroplane-proofing, but are a little slippery. They're not as high a speed rating (V, so 140mph) versus the ZR Pirellis, but have much stronger tread-wear, so will last longer, but they're ever so slightly less-soft a ride as a result. They're not noisy at all, I was impressed there. They have a good feel through the turns, though I do only have them in the rear right now. They look awesome, so there's that. As for vibration, there may be very little at high speed, but that's balancing, and I want them re-balanced. If your car is shaking right after you got new tires, bring it back to the pathetic car shop and tell them to re-balance the tires, correctly this time. That's why things shake. I've had it happen with expensive tires too, it's all in the ever-important balancing. Good luck, I found them well worth the money and still like them 2 months later. And for 1/3-1/4 the price of others, hell yeah.

I made the mistake of buying these tires. I left the rim shop and my truck felt like it was going to fall apart from all the vibration. My steering wheel was moving side to side as well. The shop who reccomended the tires exchanged them for a set of Nexen tires which are low end tires. My truck drives perfect after the swap which tells me the Durun tires are complete junk. These tires should not even be sold. I can't make it clear enough to prospective buyers how bad these tires are. I have owned Wanli tires, Nexen, Lexani, (all low end, cheap tires) and never had any problems. Do not buy these tires.

Purchased a Dodge Magnum R/T that had these brand new on them. I've owned the car less than 2 months. I've already replace one front tire. It went all the way flat going down the road and was ruined. I've had to keep an eye on the front drivers side tire to make sure it's not going flat. Aired it up twice already. Last night I'm getting gas and I noticed my back tires are almost flat. Not worth it! Don't buy these tires. Made in China....nuff said.

I bought a set of 4 durun tires for a set of 20 inch rims.. I have only had them for about 8 months and within the first 2 months had to return 1 tire because it had bubbles in the inside liner of the tire!! I just had the tires rotated for the first time and find out then there is a gash about 2 inches long on the outside wall where the tire has split and is just comeing apart!! I was also warned by a rim shop about these tires.. please do not buy these tires, you will be replaceing them within a year if you do!!!

I've had a set of these on my 2003 silverado, and I drive it like a sports car. Not a single problem with these tires, I run about 80mph on the interstate wet, and dry with no issues at all.

Had these for the last 1.5 years and they were fine at the begging and SOOO cheep but the last 6 months they started humming and got louder and louder. Now the vibration between 20-30 mph is so bad I have to replace them. Got them for 100 a piece so not bad but good luck if you want to risk it.
