A recommendation for dutch and non-dutch alike,

Being dutch myself, I get nostalgic from the articles in this book. And I'm 'just' 40. I recognize the foods described from the present and from my youth. A foreigner can trust that we really eat these foods. Yet the book is very well written -and photographed- in a modern and non-romantic way. I bought it myself as a reminder and for the recipies. The three recipies I tried worked very well (although the 'chocolate milk' was too strong and sweet to what I am used to).
