The product arrived in decent condition, but it took a month or so to ship. I paid extra to have it for my dad's birthday (2-3 day shipping), but it took a month to leave whatever location it was at. This source is fine if you are not in a rush for the product you are ordering.

With "Dyad", Ken Hatfield has done it again! This enchanting set pairs Ken's luminous acoustic guitars with Valentin Gregor's quicksilver violin for a listening experience that defies category. Blending lyricism and melodic beauty with rhythmic nimbleness, Ken's compositions are, as always, unique. The stellar duo of bassist Hans Glawischnig and drummer Duduka de Fonseca complete an ensemble that sounds like no other. Buy, listen, enjoy, luxuriate, dig!

Discover DYAD,

You know how great it is when you discover a wonderful book, or a movie that no one told you about in advance, so you have no preconceived ideas to get between you and the book or movie? Well, that's what discovering Ken Hatfield's music is like. His new cd DYAD is my new favorite (as was his last cd, EXPLORATIONS FOR SOLO GUITAR last year). The playing is great, so is the band, and the compositions are better still! Highly recommended.
