This book is awesome!,

Shelly teaches the truth about reversing disease and creating vibrant health in a clear, easy to understand manner. What could be simpler than healing by removing the causes of disease? This is not a crazy, radical plan. It makes good common sense. Give the body what it needs to be healthy and health is the result. It really is that simple. Highly recommended!

Definitely money well spent!,

The minimal price of this book could save you thousands of dollars in the future! The author, Keck-Borsits, gives the reader an alternative to throwing more money away on pills that don't work, on surgeries that leave you maimed, on doctors, potions, and lotions. The real life stories and evidence speak volumes to this reader. If you or someone you know is suffering give this book a chance. This book contains practical advice on how to change your life through eating raw organic plant foods as well as by incorporating other principles of natural hygiene. The author emphasizes how important it is to listen to your own body and make changes you are comfortable with. I was truly educated by this book and moved by the author sharing her experience.

This book is beyond helpful...,

When I read Dying to Get Well, I was struck by the genuine tone of the book. The author is not attempting to "sell" anything to her readers. However, she is offering a wealth of information on taking ones health into ones own hands. The positive tone of the book, and the emphasis on living, or raw foods being a primary key to health, is so valuable to any reader seeking a wholistic approach to their health. While detailed "instuctions" for renewed health are provided, they are offered in such a way that the reader can follow their own instincts while applying them.

Chronic illness, pain without relief and the resulting depression from failed efforts to get well which leaves one in a state of hopelessness, is no laughing matter. Shelly addresses a great many of the issues which a health seeker hungers to learn about, and she does it with care, concern for the reader and a desire to share her own success with others that, they too, may find their own answers. Shelly's empathetic heart and encouraging nature shines through in every chapter as she gently encourages the reader to explore natural and healthy alternatives for themselves by taking an active role in their own healing journey. Candidly sharing her own traumatic journey from illness to vibrant health, Shelly draws the reader to look at the raw facts and judge for themselves what the answers are for their own medical crisis. I would highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to explore a natural, alternative healing approach to finding more radiant health.

More truth about disease,

I read this book last year and it made an impact on me. Someone suggested I re-read it and I'm catching everything I didn't pay attention to last time. I've been in pain for 6 years with fibromyalgia. Medication has a place for some people but for me it just doesn't work. If you begin to understand disease really isn't as complicated as it's made out to be then you can begin to heal yourself.
