This review is from: Dying To Sin (Paperback)
I read the first three or four books in this series. The hero is a friendly, if somewhat guileless, young police officer in a rural area. The heroine is a young woman who has just transferred in. They are partnered. Through several books, I kept waiting for her to adjust and mellow. She never did. I began to find her character more and more irritating: suspicious and coniving, yet uninteresting. Though this is suposedly explained by an incident that occurred in her past, I just could not relate to her. I eventually gave up on the series.
