I have been using this Neem oil for the past 2 years . It is effective in controlling aphids, spider mites and aids in the prevention of disease in my garden.I use it on flowers, fruits & vegetables. It is far better than the poison in the garden center. It is best mixed with a little dish soap or castile if you have it on hand. You wont regret this purchase.Make sure if you do purchase another brand, that it is 100% NEEM OIL.As I have found that the others are diluted with other oils that will cause the plants to burn in the summer sun.

WORKS ON GNATS BUT STINKS, AND NOT INSTANT,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Dyna-Gro Neem Oil - 8 Ounce
Neem works by making the adult root gnats sterile. Rott gnats aka fungus gnats infested my indoor container plants.I neemed every few days or so. I used plaiun green palmolive dish soap as a "spreader sticker" or "wetting agent" when mixing it in the water for the soil drench. DO NOT USE ANTI-BACTERIAL SOAP- IT'LL KILL PLANTS! The adults died off, then the eggs stopped, but hatchings continued although their numbers continued to drop. Neem is great because it can treat a minor to moderate root gnat infestation, while at the same time taking out fungus. Fungus made by the poop of root gnats/fungus gnats. I had to buy GOGNATS to really wipe them out, and literally kill them. They came out of the planter with the next watering DEAD! GOGNATS IS NON TOXIC CEDAR OIL, AND WORKS GEAT! Neem can take a week plus, but GOGNATS can take out a gnat infestation in days, and kill all kinds of other bugs while it's at it! GOOD TIP: Add 1 tsp hydrogen peroxide when neeming plants. It's kill fungus on contact, and dry up gnat egg sacks on contact.

the fungus gnats are gone, but I think it was the smell that drove them away. Good Lord this stuff stinks, and sticks! A hot shower didn't even get the semll off my hands. But it is definately better than eating pesticides, I can endure the stink for a day once in a while.
