We produce 11"x17" price lists and we fold them in half. We purchased this machine so we could avoid outsourcing the folding process to a printing house.
The machine certainly can fold, but it does NOT fold straight. When you fold an 11"x17" paper in half, the corners should line up. These corners don't come close to lining up. The folds are so far off, that we can't use the machine at all.
We purchased the machine and it sat unopened for more than a month before we had a chance to use it. We tried using it (out of the box), and then we called Dyna-Fold when it did not fold properly. The company was less than hepful. They tried to convince us that the bad folds had to do with our setting (it is definitely not the settings), and they refused to give us a refund on the item.
Anybody considering a folding machine should either spring for a better quality machine, or continue to oustsource to a printer. This item is a waste of money.
