I've listened to countless meditation, hypnosis, NLP, and other recordings, and the downloads created by Michael Emery are among the very best (I also recommend Meditation Oasis for pleasing-sounding, truly compassionate and helpful guided meditations).

Emery's voice is easygoing and kind; in fact, his kindness is palpable as you listen, and unlike some "experts" who want to make sure listeners know who is "in charge," Emery is generous with his teaching but not a bit pushy. He invites listeners to consider new ideas and helps guide them (one senses he is also sharing the benefits along with the listener) to positive changes in behavior. His downloads cover a broad range of issues and behaviors--from ending procrastination, creating more confidence, moving out of depression, and much more. And they work!

Not only do they work--they're a pleasure to listen to, offering true comfort and innovative pathways to growth and change. I hope Emery will continue to produce these quality recordings.
