I ordered the Tart Cherry Juice because I saw on Dr. Oz that it helps with joint inflamation and sleeplessness. I like that it is concentrated so you can mix with other juices or as I did with mineral water (like a soda since I don't drink sodas). Since I only got one bottle to taste, I am not sure the wellness effects were noticeable but the juice was very good if you like cherries as I do. I would recommend it.

I have heard recently the health attributes to ingesting Organic Tart Cherry Juice. So when I found this thought I would try it. You get the "good stuff" in it by using it in water, with other types of desserts, etc. It is sweet and delicious. Anything that is good for your body and tastes good, I like very much. Would recommend.
