For the past two months, I have listened to this CD every day. I listen while I fall asleep at night, then listen to 2-3 specific tracks again before getting up in the morning. I loved this CD from the first time I heard it, but have found it difficult to convey its significance in words. My dream activity has increased, my clarity has improved and I feel more powerful in dealing with difficult situations.

An appealing aspect of this CD is the division of tracks, such that each has a specific focus, like physical healing, mental healing or spiritual healing. When I am confronted with a particular problem, I can set my intention to a solution and spend just a few minutes with the appropriate track. I am amazed at how quickly my perspective is transformed and my options expand.

Dynamic Intuition is fabulous to use in conjunction with Day's book, The Circle, and in my experience, the CD further activates the energy of The Circle. One suggestion--don't try to listen all the way through--just let yourself fall asleep to Laura Day's words and you will find that this powerful process is healing, nurturing and deeply transformative.

I love this CD. I have certification in Hypnosis, meditate frequently, and have even made my own CDs to try to get what I needed. I am going through a point in my life where I am going through a lot of emotional healing, before I even bought the CD I had an idea of what I wanted and this hit on alot of levels. You don't need a lot of words for them to take hold on the subconsious and sometimes that is the very place we need to create change. One statement that hits you just right can change self perception, attitude, or heal an emotional wound. I will be listening to this CD at night for a long time to come.

this is helpful. And if you do somthings before listening CD(eg) say a prayer or deep breathing, ask help to your higher self or archeangels, or ascended masters)
the better outcome you will see. When the first time I listened to this CD, I resolved one of my family issue. And sometimes my attitude was changed without conscious effort. Shortly, before listening, need to do something for the better result.
