This review is from: Dynamic Still Lifes in Watercolor: "Sondra Freckelton's Approach to Color, Composition, and Control of the Medium" (Hardcover)
Sondra Freckelton is an admirable still life painter. The book has a few pages of black and white but most are color and her vision is unique to her. She takes three students of different levels and directs them to do an original still life and helps them through areas where they need her expertise. She informs the reader of her personal art materials and approach to a subject. The painting gallery is very inspirational and they are good examples of imagination and composition. Nothing out of the ordinary here.
