Good product, easy to activate, cold quickly, lasts 10-15 minutes. I have ordered packs before that were larger and better for large areas (like back and shoulders) but these are good for smaller areas.

The cold packs are really hard to pop the inner core to release substance that makes them cold. I had to get a dad from our team to break it for me. I guess its good that they don't break in the gym bag but I should be able to pop them without getting a man to do it. Just sayin'.

I don't know why anyone would be afraid of accidentally activating these things when I nor anyone I know can pop the bag inside. I've tried on five different packs and only had luck (and I mean luck) with one, and when it finally activated it lasted about 15 minutes. Complete waste of money.

These cold packs work well functionally, but take note they really are too small. Generally cooling an injured body part takes more volume to effectively work than these packs provide at this size. Order larger packs instead.

These ice packs are great to have and so easy to use. I would highly recommend.

This product did the job. My son plays lax and got hit in the shin with a ball, it swelled pretty bad. We were able to apply the pack immediately and reduce the pain and swelling. It is so much easier than carring a cooler of ice everywhere and no mess no fuss. just cool and go

The cold packs work well, but you must store it in a hard case so they won't accidentally get activated before you need them. Great addition to any First Aid kit.

Bought these for my midget football team. I ordered 2 boxes and got free shipping. They worked out great, and are the perfect size for a hand bruise, or ankle twist!! Best price on the net!!

I haven't had to actually use one of these yet and they are smaller than I thought, but they are perfect for our flag football league. The price is cheap enough that you can put a couple of them in your bad and use them at will.
