The Dynex is a nice little webcam; captures & video @ 640x480 like most webcams plus a built in microphone & snapshot button with an adjustable focus. Works with Yahoo & MSN Messenger and virtually all Windows programs.
Quality of the live video chat is very good for a webcam in this price range. Easy to use and operate overall.

This camera will become out of focus in a month. That is the reason it is cheaper. Look for a name brand next time.

I bought this camera because it was relatively low in price . You get what you pay for. The room was well lit but I could barely see the image. Colors were blotchy. I will stick with logitech

I bought this camera on a lark, it was not too expensive so I figured why not. Well the feedback from my family when I skype them is definitely two thumbs up. It focuses really well, it works in relatively ( and I mean relatively) low light. For what I use it for I think it is great. If you are planning huge video conferences then this is not what you should be looking at, but then why would you. THe picture is very clear, and for VOIP it is perfect there is no need to pay extra to get something with a brand name on it. Highly recommend for spending Saturdays talking soccer with your two brothers in England.
