The Dyson DC14 All Floors is the base model for the DC14 vacuum line-up. Minor refinements and a more ergonomic handle make this a step above the DC07 family of vacuums. You won't find as many accessories versus the DC14 Low Reach, DC14 Animal or DC14 Full Gear, but these can always be purchased at a later date from our accessory section. This model does include 3 on-board tools: Dust Brush, Crevice Tool, and Furniture Tool.

I thought my old vacuum was doing a good job! Wrong! This Dyson Root Cyclone DC 14 is putting it to shame. I've used Bissel, Eureka, Dirt Devil & Kirby(the cadillac back in the day)& none come close to the cleaning ability of the Dyson. Spend the extra money, mine came with a five year warranty. You will not be dissapointed.

Did a ton of research before I bought this vacuum. I don't have much to compare it to, but I can give you some details.

Pros
The thing sucks like a shop vac, and as advertises, never really looses that suction
Bag less (amazing)
The HEPA filter in it is washable (even more amazing)
The engineering on this model is really nice. High quality materials, innovative designs.... little things that make it nice

Cons
Its loud
When might want to empty the container outside... it makes a big dust cloud if you are not careful

The Dyson is exactly what I expected. It vacuums well and is very easy to use. I use it everywhere in the house, even on tile. The only thing is that the front is to tall to fit under the cabinets so I use the attachment with the wheels and height adjustors. Everyone that uses it, relatives that visit, are impressed with it's power and ease of use. It's easy to empty and clean and if it gets clogged there are many parts that detach so it makes it easy to unclogged. I hope you enjoy yours as much as we all enjoy ours.
