The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time, approximately a week and a half.
I was in no particular hurry, so this wasn't a problem. The product arrived with one corner chipped out, making it difficult to install. I swapped ends with my old brush to get an undamaged part to be able to install. Everything else went like clockwork.
I didn't send the damaged part back because I just didn't want to deal with the hassle. Time is an important commodity for everyone. I found the price to be fair.
As the piece that was broken was in the shipping package, I'm assuming it was broken in transit. Perhaps better packaging could be of help. All in all, I would recommend this product and supplier.

I had part of the beater bar become separated. Purchased this one, and it fixed the problem. Took only a couple minutes to replace. There are some youtube videos showing how to replace it if needed.

This isn't the most exciting review you will read. Out of the box the part looks just like the oem part it is meant to replace.

After installation it has worked as expected, and I can't tell the difference from when the vacuum was new. If you haven't replaced this part in a long while like I had (the old one was maybe 5 years old and well worn) you will feel a positive difference in the performance of your machine.

All in all, I expect the real proof will be how long it lasts. We'll see...
