OK but not as nice as the original,

Well lets start off and say the description does say aftermarket. I thought though that it was just the OEM replacement because of the picture used is directly lifted from Dyson. Wrong. This is an aftermarket knock-off and the picture is not 100% accurate. The material is a hard plastic (maybe PVC) not the softer PP that is used on the original. Being a harder plastic I would assume that this will break sooner then the original if too much force is applied; like when vacuuming the stairs (not that I broke the original - I actually lost it).
Now it is just an upholstery tool and it works just fine but it is not as nicely made and doesn't seem to want to stay put in the top of the vacuum as well as the original. On top of that it cost as much as the OEM version directly from the Dyson website (shipping was cheaper). Next time I will buy from Dyson. As far as the company (EZVacuum), they processed the order and shipped pretty quickly. |
