Although the Blade 120SR might be the greatest fixed pitch trainer ever created the accompaning battery is very dissapointing. In a nut shell this 12C battery has waaaaaaay too much resistance to power this bird. I doubt that it is even able to achieve 12C. I've only averaged about 35 flights per battery (six of them) before every one of died. The last few flights only lasted about 2min before the esc cut out. These batteries get very hot during discharge (due to their high resistance, ie poor quality) and are incapable of powering the 120SR in high speed flight for more that 3.5 minutes. A much better product is the Tenergy 15C battery which I have over 75 flights each (5min countdown timer).

I have the Blade 120 SR and have purchased 5 of these lipos! They are overall good batteries and provide about 6 minutes of hover flight time(lower if you are flying harder with more throttle increases). They charge in about 15-25 minutes. Just make sure to let the batteries and your heli cool off between flights. Happy flying!

I have 2 of these, the stock battery has maybe 50 flights on it and performance drops off after a minute of flight. After 2 minutes it will barely hold altitude and soon hits lvc. The next I bought was ok at first and after 10 or so flights holding a charge became harder. Hyperion and protek make a replacement 550mah with jst connector. 3 times the capacity at least. I will never buy elite batteries again.

The more batteries you have, the longer you can fly between charging sessions. For that reason, it's a good idea to have at least half-a-dozen batteries for when you go out to fly your Blade 120 SR. Buying the OEM batteries is more expensive than say, Lectron Pro batteries, but some people prefer to use only stock batteries. If you're only interested in OEM batteries, this is it. If you want something that charges more cycles, has a bit more mAh per pack, and works just as good (and better), I suggest Lectron Pro or Hyperion batteries.

It's a good battery but your better off getting the Turnigy from HobbyKing, they fit better in the MQX battery harness and don't puff up so much, plus they have a higher "C"rating, they are 600mAh and cost about 1/2 the price.

Batteries ballooned up after 3 uses. Can't return due to danger of LIPO fire. Bought another brand and they have been trouble free for the last 30 or so charges.

Works as Described. I get about 12 minutes of flight on a blade mqx quadcopter. Can't ask for much better.

I have 2 of these. Both lasted about 8 minutes when new. Over time (maybe 15 charges) they are not down to 6 minutes or less. Other batteries sold here on Amazon last 10-12 minutes and cost the same or less. I contacted the company and they really didn't say much other than, "You can screw up charging and reduce its life". I used a charger that was set to 1C charge rate (0.5A) and it shuts off when it reaches the ideal voltage. Definitely not user error, bad product.
