The 2 disc limited collector's edition (as well as the 3 disc gift set) that was released in 2002 has both versions. The dvd is now officially out of print but it is still found here used and eBay. Comes in a really cool cardboard package showing Elliot flying in front of the moon over green... Read More

I'm not sure it's the EXACT same product - The WalMart site doesn't mention a UltraViolet copy with the one for sale there. That may be meaningless to some - I, for one, don't know what an "UltraViolet" copy is exactly - but, just sayin'.

The 2 disc limited collector's edition has both versions. I think it has a better cover too.
The dvd that comes in the standard white case only has the updated movie.
