This software leveraged the E-Z name but it doesn't come close to WriteExpress Easy Letters which has "2,000 prewritten letters, tips, step-by-step instructions on 500 writing topics, also samples sentences and phrases for each writing step". It also integrates directly into Microsoft Word which was a real time-saver for me. Someone tell E-Z to rebrand or buy Easy Letters.

This is a great resource if you write standard letters regarding inquiry, payments or requests. It is best for administrative staff, accountants and small business owners that deal with vendors, accounts, etc. For administrative purposes, you can't go wrong with this software. The most efficient it has been for me to this point is requesting leave. Who wants to think about how to word a request for leave? With Business Letters Made E-Z, you don't have to.

I was somewhat disappointed with the sample letters. The style seems to be more appropriate for personal letters rather than letters used in business. The concept is good, but my business associates would find the suggested text laughable. Ok for home use, but not for corporate.
