every thing was perfect until I received the product, it was not compatible with the canon printer even though it said it was. They were very nice with the return and a replacement (thought it was damaged) when the second one arrived it was the same it did not work. Will be receiving a full refund excellant customer service, product not so good for my use.

Price was good but right after installing the cartridge all copies stated getting black streaks. Tried everything I know to prevent it but still streaks. I guess I'll have to buck up for a better cartridge.
