but in a short time the fan cracked, causing squeeking sound and then the fan stopped, caused the card to overheat and burn out taking my power source with it.

The 4670 is a great budget video card for small desktops. It does not require a big power supply or any extra cooling making it perfect for desktop computers that are not intended to be gaming powerhouses. I put this in a Dell Inspiron 530 and it works perfectly. With 2GB of RAM and a Core 2 Duo processor I was even able to run Crysis at 1280x1024 with high settings (no AA)!

Pros:
-Inexpensive
-Does not require external power (it draws its power from the PCIe bus)
-Quiet
-Very fast for the money
-Medium length (it easily fit in the 530's case)
-VGA, DVI, and HDMI connectors

Cons:
-Don't expect killer performance for this price.

I bought this card for our new XP machine, a dual core with 3GB RAM, so that my son could play the Total War series of computer games. He was *deeply* concerned that the card wouldn't be good enough, but it works great, he can see all the graphics at the highest quality settings, and he's happy (for now). It was a good purchase, and the seller did a good job in providing the product at the right price and with minimal delays.

Very Chep Video Card with a Reatil Price of 80 $, is an excellent value for HTPC applications, or anywhere you want decent 3D Gaming.
