Read the fine print,
This review is from: EARGENE (Health and Beauty)
EARGENE I purchased this product from Amazon because it was a little less expensive than from my previous supplier if ordered in a large enough quantity to take care of the shipping charges. However, when the product arrived I found that the bottle size to be only half the size I had been getting so that it turned out to be more expensive than before. I went back and checked my original order and no mention of size was mentioned. Finally, by enlarging the bottle of Eargene in my order I was able to read one half ounce. That was in contrast to the one ounce bottles I had been buying. Next time I will be more attentive to the size I am ordering. Thank you, Pat Henry

This is advertised for people with hearing aids. I don't need a hearing aid but I do suffer from a condition called "Itchy ear syndrome". That is, my inner ears are very dry and I often feel like I have tiny ants crawling around in my ears. Eargene stops this feeling and eliminates the need to rub or try to stop the itch by other drastic means. It just takes a tiny bit once or twice a week to give me relief. I would never be without it in my medicine chest.

Does what it is supposed to do. Keeps ears from loading up with wax and relieves chronically itching ears. Recommended by my ear specialist.

When I couldn't find this anywhere else, I found it on Amazon. It had been recommended by a hearing aid specialist, who sold us our first bottle. After that, he couldn't buy it anymore either. Another good product that's been discontinued.

A bit on a Q-tip every morning and my ears don't itch when I put my hearing aids in.

I have used this product for approximately one year, and was extremely pleased to see that it was offered on Amazon.com. It is most helpful in enabling the easy insertion of hearing aids and certainly aids in comfort of the device.

Eargene: the ear canal soother,

For those of us who must wear hearing aids, we often find that our ears require some sort of balm, as our ear canals become quite irritated. Eargene does this well and and lubricates ear canals prior to hearing aod insertion.

I have enjoyed using Eargene for many years. It serves as a very effective pre-lubricant enabling easy aid insertion and removal. It also eases itchiness and is very soothing. For me it also helps to alleviate earwax build up.
