I bought two sets of these, one for my girlfriend and the other for myself. Each came new, just as the seller advertised, but each set was broken. I put one the first set in my ears, and when I pulled them out, half of the earpiece stayed in my ear. The same happened with the second set, and I would have to say there is nothing abnormal about my ears. I repaired the sets with a little super glue, they still work, but the sound quality from them is absolutely horrible. Listening to music is pointless, and they barely work as a hands free set. There is a button on the cable to answer the phone when it rings, but that doesn't work on either set that I bought. Do not buy these, they are horrible. In short, only buy this hands free headset if you like to purchase things that are already broken when they get to your home.

Very satisfied with the product. Service and communication with vendor was excellent as the transaction took place, but my greatest satisfaction was in the quality of the product itself. I'd been searching for a headset that would work well with my Samsung Gleam cellphone (one brand destroyed the headset socket, causing a replacement phone to be requested).
This set worked perfectly with my phone, interupts my musicto receive a call and allows me to talk with the press of a button, then returns me to my music when call's completed! Excellent!
