I've been happy with the EAS CarbControl bars I've purchased from Amazon. They're pretty fresh (sometimes the ones I get from WalMart are not so much) and I've always loved the product because they're so protein and fiber-heavy that they leave me satisfied until lunch. I just wish they'd stick to their flavors. Whenever I get to really liking one (like the old chocolate strawberry mousse - I really miss that one) they discontinue it and I have to find another. This is the best non-chocolate-flavored one I've found.
