I blend one of these for lunch with water and strawberries on the days I hit the gym for an extended period of time (3 to 4 times a week). This is a great tasting, thick shake with a very good chocolate flavor - like drinking an ice cream shake. It's a great way to get lean protein (87% of your daily value for one packet) and it fills you up for quite a long time, with lower calories and only 3 grams of fat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Okay--if you want to make these shakes really work for you, you have to use them with a vigorous work-out. They go well with the "Body for Life" workout (the same guy created both), which is a simple 45-minute workout, 3 times a week. It hurts at first, but it's well worth it.

The results are amazing. A friend got me into it, and in 6 weeks, I had a body that was better than any I had obtained in my whole life--lean with well-defined muscles and vastly improved strength and endurance. The shakes are CRUCIAL. They make a very noticable difference in the work-out, with more sustained energy and much faster recovery time. It's the difference from feeling drained after a work-out or feeling envigorated--no joke. I let a friend try one of my shakes and her reaction after her first workout was--WOW! I feel like I was on steroids! That was my reaction at first too, but of course you are NOT on steroids, you are on a safe and nutritious product that helps you pile on the muscle mass and burn off the fat. You don't just look healthy--you ARE healthy.

If you really want to make a difference in your body, this product, combined with a serious work-out, will get you there faster than you might imagine--6 weeks will make a VERY noticeable difference. If you want to skip the work-out part--well, forget it, you might as well get any old McShake. This is not a weight loss product, like Slim-fast. If used with a work-out, you will indeed "slim fast" with Myoplex, provided that you eat right between workouts (again, it's simple, and the "Body for Life" program is easy to follow). I recommend that original formula; it's the lowest cost of the three (lite and deluxe being the other two) per gram of protein, and if you are a smaller person, just take half a portion, or if you need more, double up.

These packets are very good. I've gotten the 20 packet variety as of late due to cost efficiency (somehow they are consistently cheaper) but I have found good results when using Myoplex in general and am very happy with the brand. It is a very good post workout supplement in my experience..

I've tried a number of protein supplements. These shakes are the best I've found.

And unlike most bars, they are not loaded with sugar.

These are a good 1-2x/day shake for strength building programs.

This product works great for me and the vendor has been outstanding each and every time I have ordered from them. I will continue to purchase from them. You can make an assortment of drinks before or after a workout. I typically mix in 8 ounces of Cranberry juice with 8 ounces of water for a chocolate-cranberry drink. I have even mixed the chocolate with only 10 ounces of fat free milk for a thick "chocolate milk shake".

This is a product which should be used while you are working out to get in shape or to bulk up. It mixes well with almost any flavor juice or with plain old water. You can even reduce the amount of water to make it thicker, like a pudding. I recommend you drink this on a 5-meal or 6-meal healthy diet.

Myoplex is a great health supplement to recover from workout and grow lean muscle. For better results, you can associate it with products such as Amino acids and Nitric Oxide.

The Myoplex products are generally high quality products and this is no exception. I like to take it on the road with me and supplement my diet in the morning by having one of these in a shaker. Great way to add ~40g of protein. No blender required.
