Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
The title caught my eye immediately and the recipes are easy to follow and the few I have tried are delicious. It is in the first six chapters that one gets a "recipe" for living life-a low cholesterol life. Here's to a low LDL!

WOW!! I got my copy of Eating Your Way To Low Cholesterol this week and have already made several of the DELICIOUS and completely EASY recipes!!!! Jeannie Serpa did all the work for us....her research yielded very helpful tips (many that I never, ever knew!) resulting in a wide variety of dishes that will appeal to even my eight picky children! Going to make the "Oven Fried Chicken with Raspberry Sauce" for dinner tonight!! Thanks for such a treasure trove of ideas and recipes!! I feel like I will now be able to get out of my cooking rut without blowing my good health!!

Format: Paperback
This book is full of recipes that healthy, but don't "taste healthy". The author chooses ingredients that add a lot of flavor, without extra fat. Recipes are easy to make, and you don't have to go to a specialty grocer to get the ingredients. All the ones we've tried have had very quick prep time. There is also a section for kids recipes, which is a lot of fun. Overall, a great resource.
