Installs fairly easily. Produces very hot water in a flash. Very efficient. Also, great customer service- received an e-mail a few days after receiving the water heater to see how things are working.

I am using this water heater at my camp and it works great!! It was very easy to install. I rated it it at four stars because it was hard to get started. It took ten to fifteen trys to keep it working. It would light then go out. Once it started working correctly it is great. We have used it for about five weekends now and it has worked perfectly. This thing will heat plenty of water to wash dishes and take a shower at the same time. GREAT BUY

This is a great water heater. I used a smaller one on my camper and we loved it. This one is on our lake house and gets used 3 days every two weeks. It works for baths, showers, laundry and dishes. Tankless is the only way to go. It uses no fuel when were not using hot water. In addition to the fuel savings we saved several hundred dollars over the cost of a tank type heater. I installed it myself, you can too if you can squeeze the handles on a crimper. I would buy another one if I needed a water heater.
