These shoes are so comfy for working 12 hour shifts. Definitely recommend! Caution though: Bought the size 8-8.5 because that is my husband's size, and they were way too big. Had to send back for refund, so I could rebuy the smaller size because Altrec doesn't do exchanges. We got the 7-7.5 size and they fit well. Go with a small size if you're on the fence. They run pretty big, I would say almost a whole size.

Great shoe...only worn them a couple of times on the trail, but they are very light, comfortable and supportive. Have worn Merrills in the past, which I liked, but have found this to be a better shoe.
